Cheyenne Mountain Zoo

Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, also known as America’s mountain zoo, is ranked the 4th Best Zoo in North America. With its focus on wildlife conservation and advanced animal care, this unique zoo nestled into the mountainside is a not to be missed attraction. Hand feed the largest giraffe herd of any zoo, glide over the animals in the Mountaineer Sky Ride, or participate in one of the many educational experiences. Cheyenne Mountain Zoo has something for the entire family!

CITYROCK CLIMBING CENTER

CityROCK indoor camps offer a half day (morning or afternoon) experience where campers will learn the basics of rock climbing and explore a unique subterranean artificial cave. Summer camps begin as early as June 3rd. This unique activity will help keep your child physically and mentally active all while making new friends!

COLORADO SPRINGS PIONEERS MUSEUM

The Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum is one of the oldest institutions of its kind in Colorado housing materials related to the Pikes Peak region, including over 80,000 photographs from the late 19th and early 20th century. CSPM is open to the public free of charge from 10am-5pm Tuesday through Saturday and offers their free 30-minute Windows into History Tour every Tuesday and Saturday. Workshops at Bemis School of Art will nurture your budding artist! Choose from a variety of classes for ages 2 and up for a week of art-filled fun!

GARDEN OF THE GODS VISITOR AND RESOURCE CENTER

With 30 state-of-the-art interactive exhibits, kids can discover the history and geography of Garden of the Gods. Hike the many trails and experience the beauty of this breathtaking natural wonder without leaving the city limits.
